Overview

As a member of FitXR's senior leadership team, I led Design and Art.

I designed the retention systems, including 'Seasons', a key feature designed to enhance habit formation through deeper storytelling and gamification.

I also led the redesign of the entire user-interface, including onboarding and introduced photoreal (volumetric) trainers to the product (including directing volumetric shoots).

Under my design leadership we increased conversion by 23% (highest in 18 months), achieved #1 Fitness ranking during the 24/25 peak, and reached 80% daily active usage among engaged users.
